The Plan is, Shoulders, Triceps,
Twice as nice for 80 Reps, and he'll be sure that he has kept in him,

His JD Fuelled all Nighter
And the Shiner that he Sports, is Like a Trophy that he Saught
And the style is important,

Makin' people fine and Dandy,
Shandy, there is not, and the Dance floor's getting hot,
And the Regulers will throw their shapes
to make sure that the Music's never Ended
